No progress, I don't understand what is going on. This Scope has worked on my desk top computers for years.
I have take a "work around" to solve my project. (Use another instrument)

In the windows event log it is the following messages
Service Pico Technology Ltd USB Driver (picopp.sys) can not be started due to missing file.

Hi Have problems to install PicScope on my LapTops. Have tried to install on two different PCs. Installing seems to be ok, but i get the message "no device detected".
