PicoScope 3000 not detectected by Picoscope 6

Picoscope 6 software isn't detecting that I have a Picoscope 3000 plugged in to USB. It shows up in the device manager under "Pico Technology instruments->PicoScope 3000 series PC Oscilloscope" but I get the "No suitable device found." error in the Picoscope software. I'm running version 6.13.6.3775...
