2 problems and a feature request

Running the latest 6.13.6 on a Dell laptop, Windows 7 64 bit, Intel core duo 2.4 GHz, 2Gb memory, 2204A. Settings are 1 MS, 2 or 5 sec./div., +/-50 or 100mV, channel A only, single sweep trigger. Problem one. Often the system hangs. Data stops showing up, I think the light on the face of the 2204 is...

Re: can't get a bandstop filter to work

Trying a low pass filter, I discover that these filters are very shallow sloped. My guess is that I need to very much broaden the bandstop parameters.

Re: can't get a bandstop filter to work

I just tried a run with sample rate 20ks/S. Bandstop still didn't work.

I appreciate both of your time and thoughts.

can't get a bandstop filter to work

20180618-0003.psdata I am finding it impossible to get a bandstop filter to work. I have 120Hz unfiltered output from a DC motor drive, that I very much would like to eliminate to clarify the current/torque driving the motor. Windows 7, 2204A, Picoscope 6.13.6 . I used the wizard multiple times. Th...

Re: How to display only a math channel

That is unfortunate.

But what about... And I am uncertain that the filter is working. bandstop(a,110,130) and I still get 120 Hz hum. Set the upper and lower limits to -.1 and .1 volt, which is the setting for channel A.

Re: How to display only a math channel

That seems to work only when acquisition has stopped. And I am uncertain that the filter is working. bandstop(a,110,130) and I still get 120 Hz hum. Set the upper and lower limits to -.1 and .1 volt, which is the setting for channel A.

How to display only a math channel

I have a stopband filter to eliminate 120 Hz hum (am in the US). I can't figure out how to display only the filtered data and have it not be hidden by the raw data.
