DCC Serial Decoding fault

Hi, I've just tried decoding a DCC sample and the results show mostly 0xFF. The waveform clearly shows that this is not the case. I have found one case of this on the forum but this was back in 2015.
Im using Picoscope 6.12.9.2917.
