Hi Gerry, Thanks for the quick response. The voltage I plan to measure is peak (relative to ground). So, it sounds like the 2204A with the x10 probe will satisfy my needs. Given the 10MHz bandwidth, what should be my expectation for the shortest duration transient that I could reliably measure? Ray

Hello, I'm considering the purchase of a 2204A picoscope. I understand that with the x1 probe, the maximum is +/- 20V. Does the 2204A come with selectable x1 / x10 probes? If so, I assume that means that I can measure +/- 200V when set on x10? I'm not going to use it to measure mains voltage, I'm mo...
