Problem finding Pico 2000 (2406B)

Running the PicoScope6 software, have no problems, finds the scope. Using the example ps2000acon (C Console), I have no problems building the example (VS2015 x86), but if I run the example it always gives me the error code 3 - Unable to open the device.
