Declaration of dll subs and functions for TH03

Does anybody have succesfully converted the VB6 declaration of the dll to .Net? I've written the below code but when executing the th03_get_temp method I don't get a value ("ok" = false), and after exactly two calls to the method I get an error about "attempting to read or write in protected memory"...
