PicoScope 6 on Microsoft Surface Pro 2?

I was going to buy a new Ultrabook PC with a touch screen. One option could be the Microsoft's new Surface Pro 2. Does PicoScope 6 run on Windows 8.1 and Surface Pro 2 combination?

Surface Pro 2 does have only one USB3 port available. I have PicoScope 2205MSO. Does that scope run via active USB3 hub?
