Re: Measuring 48 Khz square wave

Hi, If a picture is a thousand words and a video running at 25 frames per second then a video is worth 25,000 words a second! Ignore me, been doing benchmark testing on my PC and graphics card! I tried to do this on a number of software versions and don't encounter this problem. Are you using VMware...

Re: 3404A advanced trigger fault?

Hi Mike,

Yeah I have looked into it a bit further and it seems to be behaving strangely, on channel C, D or EXT it seems like its to trigger when its not supposed to and NOT trigger when its supposed to. In any case this has been reported as a bug.

Re: Enviromon: Data Extraction troubleshooting

Hi ,

If there already is an instance of EnviroMon running, then the line

emw32 -d

should be removed or you would exit the software and run the batch file, as you cannot have 2 sources downloading the same data.

Re: 3404A advanced trigger fault?

Hi Mike,

I have recreated your problem, I assume you are saying that on less than and outside it works, but on greater than and inside it doesn't work.

I have reported this as a bug.

Re: default directory for file saving

Hi this can be done by going into the preferences file, this will be located in: For beta: C:\Users\ \AppData\Local\Pico Technology\260a68f1-c314-451b-830f-0a5e01d65514 or Standard : C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Pico Technology\64358d19-ef91-48bb-9ae0-3b4689d44d99 Open it a text...

Re: How can I vertical zoom digital channels?

Hi these controls are not available on the digital channels, they are only available on the analogue channels. Why do you need to see this? The digital channels have a threshold level so it will display 1 or 0 depending on the input signal.

Hi Michael,

This is not something that can be done at the moment, however I have put this through to our software engineers as a suggestion.

Re: 4227 triggering a single pulse with EXT on pulse-width m

We have actually managed to recreate it, the questions still stands though is the problem repeatable and are there steps you can give as to how you get this?

Interesting, I cannot recreate the problem, does this happen all the time or did it happen just the once?

Re: adc212 and datalogger

Hi what settings have you got the software configured to ? We have had to stop manufacturing our own brand USB to parallel converter because an essential integrated circuit is no longer available. NO other USB to parallel adapter from another manufacturer will work with our devices. So far, we have ...

Re: pulse width triggering

AHAAAAAAAAAA! I figured out the problem! I was using a 2205, not a 2205MSO! I can recreate your problem on 6.50.3, however the latest beta version and the latest standard version seem to work. So 6.6.57.18 and beta 6.7.15. 6.6.57 can be found on the normal download whilst the beta can be found in th...

Re: pulse width triggering

What I would also say is try removing the probe settings and just have your raw readings. Also could you get the driver version from help-> about.

Re: pulse width triggering

Hi,

The pulse width should work, we both tried it so your problem is a bit of a strange one! What I would say is try reset the start up settings and then load the start up settings and then reconfigure your settings. Let me know how you get on.
