oops...forgot to say there is no wait time. The oscilloscope screen gives the correct frequency but above a certain frequency the frequency display starts giving the 2X value.

I'm using the Picoscope 2202 with software 5.13.4-32bit

This has probably been answered before but here goes....I find that when I use the METER set to frequency that at some point, it starts to display 2X the correct frequency.
