My old ADC212 is working well, displaying dual traces with PicoScope 5.21.2, but the screen-files saved with the Auto Trigger and Save on Trigger options only show the channel 1 trace. Is there something I need to do to get both displayed traces to show up on the saved files?
Here are 2 of the files in PSD and txt formats. The 014 file displays the second trace, and the following file (in a 100 file sequence) doesn't display the second trace. While running in real time, the second trace always shows, it's the saved files that are missing the second trace.
thanks,
carl
I am using an older Dell machine, running Win XP (with all updates). The display always looks good during acquisition, but fewer than 10% of the saved files have any (or part) of the second trace. Currently, I've moved my most important trace to the first channel. Can you think of other things I should try to be able to review the days collected data on both channels?
I have the system set to auto triggering. The waveform takes 500 seconds to fill the screen, it saves to a file and then re-triggers for the next 500 second capture. Maybe 1 saved screen out of 30 has the second (red) trace showing. The traces always show while the current screen is being captured, they are not saved with data for the second channel.
The capture worked on a different computer a few years ago. Since you've seen similar issues, it may not be my problem, but a problem with the software. Is there any chance older versions of software might be available to try to see if the problem goes away?
