Active Differential Oscilloscope Probes

Our active differential probes let you use a conventional earthed oscilloscope to measure signals that are not referenced to ground, including mains voltages. They can also be used to measure and observe the waveforms of three-phase supplies or the gate and control signals of semiconductor circuits. They are ideal for investigating motor speed controls, uninterruptible power supplies, switch mode power supplies and process controllers.

BNC Attenuator Set

TA050

The TA050 attenuator set consists of four coaxial attenuators designed for use with signals up to 1 GHz. Each attenuator has a male and a female BNC connector.

Please note: The TA050 attenuators must be used with a matched 50-ohm source and load. If you wish to attenuate a signal before feeding it into a high-impedance measuring instrument, you must add a 50 ohm feedthrough terminator such as the Pico Technology TA051 feedthrough terminator.

TA050 Specifications
Bandwidth DC to 1 GHz
Attenuation 3 dB, 6 dB, 10 dB, 20 dB
Maximum power dissipation 1 W
Input impedance 50 Ω
Output impedance 50 Ω
VSWR 1.5:1 or better
Dimensions 56 x 20 x 17 mm (approximately 2.2 x 0.8 x 0.7 in)
Connectors BNC, 1 male + 1 female
Construction Shielded inner box with plastic shell

PicoScope Carry Case

case

The PicoScope carry case can be used to protect your PicoScope Oscilloscope when used in the field, and to safely store it when it’s not needed.

The case uses foam to securely hold the PicoScope 2202, 3200 range and 4000# Series in place, preventing movement and providing cushioning to prevent damage. Space is also proved to store leads and scope probes.

Note: the PicoScope carry case is also supplied with our oscilloscope kits.

# Not suitable for use with the PicoScope 4262.

External dimensions: approximately 340 x 270 x 83 mm (13.4 x 10.6 x 3.3 in)
