If your device is likely to be faulty, before returning any device for repair we need to create a returns report and generate a 'Return Merchandise Authorisation' (RMA) number.

Please note products can't be returned without first obtaining an valid RMA number.

Typically we aim to turnaround RMA's within five working days.
