It is the first time I try to connect PicoScope (6824E) to the software (6.14.10 ver). When I plug the picoscope USB in my laptop, the PicoScope is found by my laptop in device manager, but it cannot be found by the software. I have tried to re-install the software, but it didn’t work.
Someone else uses his laptop and successfully connects the PicoScope to his laptop’s software. So I guess there is something wrong on my laptop. Does someone experience this problem and have a possible solution? Thanks!
