TC08 USB - can't open old file
Hi!
I have a problem. We installed the TCo8 USB software on a new computer. I did some new measurements and everything went well. Or at least until i was to reopen the files - then the software opened the file but did not find the "data points" - meaning nothing were in the table list or diagram mode. On this computer I couldn't even open old data that I had measured using the old computer. However, the software on the old computer worked still fine - I could open the newly made files (made on the new computer).
What is the problem? Have I done anything wrong in the installation step when installing the software on the new computer?

Which version of the PicoLog software are you using?
Also, please could you send a sample data file for us to look at that? You can e-mail it to support@picotech.com
