I am new to PicoScope

Hi all,

I have just got my first ever picoScope a 3000 series. I am well used to the old analog oscilloscopes but with very little knowledge of digital ones.
As I am trying my scope for the first time is it normal that I hear clicking sounds as I change vertical voltage range?

Hi Joseph,

Good to hear you have a PicoScope 3000. Clicking when changing vertical range is something pretty much all digital scope do. Its the noise of relays changing state in the analogue front end circuit.
