I am measuring 2 sin waves using channels A & B.
I want to measure the Phase difference between A & B in percent if possible.
What are the best ways of doing this?
I need an accurate reading.
I am using PicoScope 2000 series

Re: Measuring Relative Phase Between A & B
There is a math channel formula posted in various places on this board that computes phase shift within the PicoScope App: acos(integral(A*B)/(sqrt(integral(A*A))*sqrt(integral(B*B))))/Pi*180leepaulwilkins wrote:I am measuring 2 sin waves using channels A & B.

If your signals are clean that might work well.
Re: Measuring Relative Phase Between A & B
Alternatively pull in the phase rulers from the bottom right corner, green circle, and place either end of one complete cycle. Then pull in a time ruler from bottom left, white square, and place on the other wave at the point you wish to check, the ruler legend will show the phase difference. If you select Rulers in bottom bar of the PicoScope software you can change from degrees to percent.
