how can I select the probe 10x from PicoScope 6 software?

From memory it's in the probe set up dialogues. I don't have the software in front of me but I'm sure its there along with all the scaling parameters.

Someone will be along shortly to confirm it I'm sure.

Yes that's correct, just click on the Channel Letter and you will find the Probe Options
