Channels A, B active but no response to input

Post by Mark_K »

Hello,

looking for help with my PicoScope 2006. Channels A,B do not respond to input. I tried connecting the signal generator to channel A with no response. Channels A, B are "active" i.e. the signal line is moving, with a very small amplitude ~1-2mV. I use the scope to check the output of a current source, max load voltage ~2V. It was working last week but seems to have stopped. Any suggestions appreciated.

Thanks...Mark

Hitesh

Hi Mark_K,

Are you using a trigger of any kind?

Otherwise, are there any flashing red symbols at the top of the y-axis for both channels?

If so, that would indicate an overvoltage on the channels and the device would need to come back for repair - please e-mail support@picotech.com including your contact details and the device serial number and we can advise on the returns process.

Regards,
