is there a way to connect this sensor to the data logger using usb tc-08 or with usb cable?

This device produces serial data, our loggers require a voltage input, so no this will not work.

Why do you wish to use a sensensor with digital serial output when you can use very inexpensive but very accurate analogue sensors for temperature and humidity with outputs within the 0 - 2.5 V range?

For temperature you can use the LM 35, selling for cents, or a thermistor based sensor. If you go to Ebay you will have a choice of inexpensive analogue humidity sensors.
