Only Channel A is working

Post by pmelgare »

Hi I just starting using a PicoScope 6402c, I installed the most recent software available in the website, I'm using USB 3.0 and Windows 7. It seems that only the Channel A is working and I cannot add a measurement associated to a channel different than A. What can be the problem?

Thanks,

This is the the scope info:

Make sure you enable the channels on the toolbar at the top. Change from Off to Auto or a specific range
