Setting custom Ranges in Picoscope Crashes program

I have a USB ADC11/10, I am using a laptop loaded with windows xp, I am using the equipment to log a Kistker load cell. All is ok until I try to set a custom range to turn mV to Kg. I enter the required constants, click ok, and an error message is displayed saying PSW has encountered a problem and will shut down. This only happens with custom ranges and setting auto trigger parameters, please help...

We have recently updated the drivers for the USB ADC11. Please download them from www.picotech.com/software.html
