Assistance on product selection

I need assistance on selecting the best product for my research work.

I need to acquiring acoustic emissions, voltage and current readings from a welding machine ( to be specific, MIG welder) during the welding operation. I also need to get the temperature curves of the base metal (steel and aluminium) from 4 to 8 points during the welding operation. Welding temperature of this base metal will be in the range of 550-1200°C.

kindly help in specifying the best and student-friendly product (sensors, data loggers etc) with the quote.

This will not be a one product solution, and will require specific accessories for electrical safety that will add to the costs.
