PWM logging

Post by Guest »

Hi,

I am looking for device that can log percentage PWM values and voltages. The signal frequency range is up to 500hz. Do you have any model suitable for this application?

Thank you

Sarah

Hi

Thank you for your post.

Our devices will generally take an analogue voltage input, therefore the suitability of our units will depend on the signals you are planning to input to them.

What is the nature of the inputs you want to put in? Are they all voltages? If so what sizes are they?

Best Regards

Thank you Sarah..

Yes the inputs are voltages in automotive electronics range. I want to monitor and log the outputs of engine control unit. Some of these are 12V PWM typical frequency up to 500hz, RPM signal and analog voltages such as MAP and TPS.

Hi Hening,

For measuring automotive signals we recommend using the ADC212 (2 channels) or the PicoScope 3423 (4 channels). These are the scopes we use in our Automotive Diagnostic Kits which also include current clamps, ignition pick up leads and a whole range of probes.

Please visit our website for more information on the Pico Automotive Diagnostic Kits,
