PicoScope 2207 & Picoscope 6.9.18.1 & Channel B missing

PicoScope 2207 & Picoscope 6.9.18.1 & Channel B missing

Hello,
i had bought the PicoScope 2207 and it has 2 physicaly channels, but when i start Picoscope i can only select Channel A...
What is wrong?

If you download the attached settings file and click on it do you get the two channels enabled for your device ?
