pico-log recorder

Post by cristina »

Hello i am a student at a mining school of engineering and i am working for a physics department. We have a problem and is that we don´t know exactly how to use an ADC212/50 pico. I know how to visualise signals in the picoscope but what i´d like to do is take a certain number of samples and be able to select the sampling time for them. At the same time i´d like to export the data to a another application.
I´ve trying to use the recorder but the problem is that it takes samples i don´t where they are coming from.
thank you so much for your help

Hi

Thank you for your post.

I would recommend using our Picolog software as you can set the sample rate in this and thus control how many readings are taken. You can export this data to Excel by either copying and pasting from the spreadsheet or by using DDE. For a copy of Excel DDE spreadsheets plase email tech@picotech.com requesting that we send them to you.

Hope this helps

Best Regards
