TC-08 & pressure transducers

Post by drastus »

What is the least expensive/easiest method to log water pressure using a TC-08? The pressure is in the range of +/- 5 psi and the water is flowing in a 1" line. Adapting fittings and brazing inlets aren't a problem.

Please contact support@picotech.com to discuss the requirements in more detail. Specifically we would require information on any pressure sensors that you would like to use.

Hello drastus and Pico team.

What was the result of this inquiry? Can either of you post some basic details about the solution to measure pressure with the TC08? Which pressure sensor did you end up using and were there any modifications to the circuit needed to scale the voltage or amperage?

Thank you,

Ben Jordan

The simplest method would be to use the Single Channel Terminal Board and a 4 to 20mA pressure sensor that fits with your requirements.
