I'm unable to select the ADC-200/20 as the oscilloscope when installing picoscope

The ADC200 will not work with the latest versions of the Picoscope software.
You can download an appropriate version of the software from our website at http://www.picotech.com/software.html by selecting your product at Step1

When I to do that, when i'm installing and picking what oscillioscope I have, I can find the ADC-200 but not the ADC-200/20

The /20 refers to the maximum sampling frequency. The driver for each is the same so 200 is correct model.

Who can explain to open PSD files with PicoScope 3000 series and PSDATA with ADC 200 ?
What program can I apply for their compartibility ?

I am not sure exactly what you are asking. Can you explain in more detail. Do you have old data files ?

Opening the files does not require a Picoscope to be attached so I am still unsure of what you are trying to achieve.
The latest Picoscope 6 software will open both the psd and psdata format.
Which 3000 model do you have ?

3404 A 4 channel.
Is 3000 series compatible with 6000 soft ?

Yes Picoscope 6 will work with the complete range of USB scopes.
