Channel B on Picoscope 3206B not working

Post by demetres76 »

Printscreen from the oscilloscope displaying the problem with channel B

I have a picoscope 3206B with 2 channels and was previously working fine. Now channel B is not working is not displaying anything, even if you set the vertical range to auto. I am attaching a printscreen from the oscilloscope. If you put the same input on channel 1 then it displays properly. I have checked the settings and they appear fine. It seems that channel B got 'stuck'. I powered off the picoscope and restarted the PC with no effect.

The FET of channel B was damaged. It has been fixed by pico tech. Probably due to applied high DC.
