ADC 11/12 Readings Fluctuate

I can't get my ADC11 to give a steady reading, they constantly fluctuate. I have a LVDT which when scaled should have an accuracy of 0.039mm, but fluctuates 0.157mm when stood still, how do I cure this problem?

Hi What voltage output does the LVDT provide? How are you wiring the sensor in and what voltage are you using to provide to the LVDT.
