High Voltage, too high

Post by boda77 »

Hi, picoscope 3205

I believe I might have plugged in a signal with a higher voltage than the 20V limit. Since than when I start the picoscope 6 software, for that channel, i get a red exclamation markl near the top and am unable to see any signals.

How best to go about fixing it?

Thanks

Hi yes this does look like a voltage overload, the unit would need to be sent back to us for repairs.

Please email support@picotech.com

Kind regards
