PicoLog over IP network

I have been using PicoLog for many years & sending data over a network using a parallel port ADC11, this has worked without a problem. I have just upgraded the hardware on the server to a PicoLog 1012 & the latest software 5.20.9 on both server & client. I now just get an error to say 'No response from server' although the ping test works ok. I have also had reports from some customers of ours who have installed the same system and have the same problem.

Hi I tried this with both version of PicoLog 5.20.9 on a PicoLog1216 and it works fine

That message seems to me from a previous settings, just click on Ok for that message and reconfigure the device.

Please follow the instructions on the file attached.
