Hello,

I have a PicoScope 5204.
I am trrying to setup the Advanced trigger in the LOGIC option. When I click the LOGIC option the software crashes.
Other options are OK.

Today I tried to export the reference data and it is crashed too!! I am I the only one having these crashes? Is there something that I should do to make the software work?

Do you mean 6.2.14.0? I don't believe we have released a 6.14... yet.

Could you send an email to support@picotech.com describing the steps you take to make the software crash. Also put the version you are using in the email.

Hello Erik,

I installed the service pack 3(it was on Service pack 2) and now the software doesn't start anymore!!
I tried to uninstall it and install the previous version from your site, but the same problem happened!!
Now everytime I try to start the software I receive the Application Error window and it closes!

Hello again,

I just installed the version R6.0.12 that came with the Scope. This version works fine, but it cannot open the traces from the newer version!!

Hi again!!

I have more information for you. I installed the PicoScope version 6.2.14.0 in another machine with service pack 2 and the same problems that I had befor upgrading to service pack 3 happened!!!

So, in machines with the service pack 2, PicoScope 6.2.14.0 will work, but will crash when:

* export the reference data
* convert to .csv
* setup the Advanced trigger in the LOGIC option

With machines with service pack 3 the software crashes before start!

We need a solution here!!
