Keyboard Shortcuts

Post by asbjorn.eliassen »

I'm looking for keyboard shortcuts for simple adjustment of picoscope, and found this:
http://www.picotech.com/newsletter/news ... html#three

But they seem not to work (guess it's for Picoscope 5).

I hereby ask you to implement some shortcuts for getting graphs adjusted on the screen. It is a bit awkward to do this on a laptop, and in the field, it would be nice to be able to adjust these settings without need of fiddling with the touchpad.

The best would be if "everything" could be adjusted with the keyboard
az: chan A, up/down
q: chan a DC/AC
sx: chan b up/down
w: chan b DC/AC
dc: time/div up down
etc....

It would make the software more useful, and quicker to use.

There is already a very usefull keyboard shortcut:

If you press 'spacebar' the scope will toggle between start and stop. I use this all the time. :)

But I agree with Asbjørn, more keyboard shortcuts will be very usefull.

I love the idea of Keyboard shortcuts, but rather than assigning fixed values to functions, it would be great if the user could assign their own preferred keys to the functions.
