Chromebook and Pico 2000 series

HI,
I'm using a chromebook for as many things as I can. I run linux in a container on it and have downloaded Pico 6 software which seems to run fine. I'm wondering if a 2 channel Pico would work over the USB. It seems to me that would depend on whether the USB chipset used by the Pico is supported by the linux kernel. I have included the kernel dmesg output related to USB. Will this kernel allow the PIco to be recognized over USB?
