PicoScope 3204 - inherent DC offset

On my PicoScope 3204, both channels always show a constant offset of around -60 to -80mV. It does not matter whether the inputs are open or short-circuited. What can be the cause and how can it be fixed?

I think you have a button called "Zero offset" in the channel settings, have you tried that?
