Superimpose Trace A and B

I am a starter and I am sure there is an easy solution. With a conventional scope I would use the shift and variable gain to superimpose traces A and B. How can i do this on the picoscope.

Hi Paul,

With PicoScopes there is no need to do that as, by default, all the Channel Traces are already superimposed on each other. However, our PicoScope 6 software has many ways of moving around and scaling the traces, as follows:
1/ You can right click on the graph and select auto-arrange axes, which will separate the traces for the active channels.
2/ You can Click on the Channel Options icon for the channel (the Icon with the letter for the channel and arrowhead in the lower right corner) go to the Axis Scaling section and adjust the offset and scaling as you require.
3/ You can create a whole new View (independent graphical display) in which to display the channels by selecting the menu option Views->Add View->Scope, and then choose which active channels will be displayed in which Views by clicking on the View area and then going to the menu option Views->Channels, and then enabling/disabling the relevant active channels.
