picolog & 2204A

Hi, I downloaded the last picolog s/w and have been using for a while my 2204A successfully, but...I can´t make the picolog software run with this scope, it doesn't seem to find it (searching for devices....) Any clues ?

Hi Jose,

Are you saying that the Software has been working for a while with the PicoScope, but then suddenly stopped working? If so, what has changed since it was last working? (did you upgrade the PicoLog 6 software, have you had Windows updates installed, did you change the USB cable, is there anything else that is different?)

Thank you for your comment, no, it is just the first time, I must have done something wrong in the setup. Now Picolog "sees" the scope. Next step will be try to display signals an so on..
