Data Filing Time 5244D

Hello there-
Just started using the unit. We are encountering long data filing times (15-25 seconds per file) during use-we're monitoring for approximately 1-2 seconds. The files seem to be going to a network drive rather than to the local hard drive. How do you change where the files are sent to?

Hi Sconlon,

Could you explain what you mean by 'data filing', i.e.
(a) do you mean the collection of data by acquisition from the PicoScope hardware (because that is not saved to a file it is purely held in memory)?
(b) do you mean manually saving the file to a psdata or other file format on a hard drive after captures (because you can select where that is saved to)?
