Ubuntu 20.04 on Raspberry Pi 4B

Post by duynav »

I installed Ubuntu 20.04 for Raspberry Pi 4B then followed this instruction https://www.picotech.com/downloads/linux, after that,in step 3, terminal displayed:
N: Skipping acquire of configured file 'main/binary-e/Packages' as repository 'http://... Inrelease' doesn't support architecture 'arm64'
and in step 4: terminal displayed:
E: unable to locate package libps4000:

so, I can not use picoscope in Raspberry Pi 4, right ?

Since i could not copy/paste the install commands, I magnified the text and retyped it:
Install Notes.txt
PicoLog 6.1.16, released: May 18 2020, stable, 85MB

PicoLog 6 for Raspbian is available as a signed .deb file. The .deb file must be downloaded from the Pico website first. (PicoLog 6.1.16-armhf.deb).Please open a terminal and copy the instructions below:

1. Import public key:
wget -0 - https://labs.picotech.com/debian/dists/ ... se.gpg.key | sudo apt-key add -

2. Install PicoLog 6:
sudo dpkg -i picolog-6.1.16-armhf.deb

The PicoLog 6 application shortcut can be found under "Other" in the Raspbian start menu.
Does anyone see any errors in my typing? Copy/past would have made it so easy.
