Multiple Pico use

Post by Forda »

I am trying to run 6 Pico log 1000 series USB loggers using 1 base PC. I want them to log individual test stations and be individually controllable in that they collect their own data and won't need the USB to be plugged into the base PC for power. All suggestions are gratefully received!

Hi Forda,

Unfortunately, what you require can't be done.

PicoLog 1000 data loggers can't collect their own data. They need to be controlled by the software that they were designed for, which is PicoLog (which only runs on a computer, not on the data logger).

Regards,

Gerry

Thanks Gerry, that's a shame.... Will a Pi/Arduino run a Picolog?
