Picoscope 2000

Post by MikeLo »

Hi,

I am looking at your picoscope 2000 series. I have a very specific use, I want to generate a 0.5Hz square wave for output - could you tell me if you have any oscilloscope in the 2000 range that can generate signals at that frequency?

You can do this, be aware the maximum output is +/- 2V
The lowest my 3403D can do is 0.030 Hz, i suppose the 2000 series have the same limits.
This have to be confirmed from a picoscope official.

For higher voltages I have used this or this amplifier to get to +/- 30V (60V p-p)
I have modified it slightly so it has a 15x DC amplification.

Also note the current output will be very small and the voltage may drop unless you use an amplifier.
