Left border padding in digital view

Post by Daniel_Nyquist »

Hi,
I cannot find a way to extend the width of the left border. As you can see, the legend is partly hidden by the plot window. Yes, I can do mouseover and look at the label but this is painful at higher channel count. Doing a screenshot requires editing, placing the labels manually.

This is I actually see it on the screen:
picoscope_leftborder.PNG
picoscope_leftborder.PNG (4.75 KiB) Viewed 3121 times

This is the clipboard-exported version which is even worse:

picoscope_screenshot.png (1.24 KiB) Viewed 3121 times

This is really an important detail that is needed to document and share measurements.

Best

Hi,

I thought this is an official support forum. No answer in a week?

Sorry for the delay. This is a known issue and the development team are aware, however as they are currently working on a new cross platform version of the user interface this will not be fixed in the current version of the software.

Little trick I discovered today.
If you enable a 3th analog channel (or math) then the left border becomes 2 times wider and allows for long label names
