Have another problem with the noise because if i use the Software picoscope I have 2mv of noise and if i use matlab the range is 50mv. And all the test , I do not plug anything in the picoscope. That's why i ask you this question.

I am having the exact same issue. 2mv of noise in Pico Scope 6 and 6 mV of noise in the matlab API using any of the example scripts i.e. PS5000A_ID_Block_Example.m
