TC-08 all channels show zeros
TC-08 all channels show zeros
what would be wrong if TC-08 all channels show zeros and pc restart dont fix this problem,
only way to fix it is to pull out usb cable from pc and put back in, then its ok...
today was quite strong lightning in the area maybe something with that ?
how can i fix this problem without pulling out usb cable, because i can control pc only via remote desktop..

This is something that would be better handled by our Help Desk. If you send an email describing the problem to support@picotech.com, we will be able to look into this and if necessary organize a repair of the TC-08 (which looks like the best solution).
