5444D MSO - PICO_NOT_FOUND

Hello,
I used the 5444D MSO and run examples PicoScope5000aExampleStreamingMSO and got "Error 5003 occurred at ps5000aOpenUnit" "PICO_NOT_FOUND"

will you please tell me how to solve this problem.

my LabVIEW: Labview 2018 64bits
Operation system: Windows 10 64bits
PicoSDK 10.6.12 (64-bit)
PicoScope 5444D MSO
