This happens A LOT. 10 - 20 times a day

Hi

I see that you are using version 6.2, which is a beta release.

Do you have the same problem with 6.1?

Hi

Can you email me (support@picotech.com) your trace.xml file?

This can be found in one of the sub-folders of C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Pico Technology

You may need to show hidden files.
