Hi am am looking for a data logger that will measure voltages down in the .01-.03 mV range, Can you recommend a model, I have gone through the spec on a number of your products and I don't see anything, but maybe I'm not reading your specs correctly?

datalogger for sub milli volt range
no replies?
Just to give more details......
I am currently using the adc16 product to measure total system current, I would like to measure chip current on at least 5 chip rails, using a .05ohm resistor gives me as low as .65uV on one of the chip rails that I need to measure in one of the test modes. Can someone offer a suggestion as to what datalogger will read as low as this?

Hello croc,
You may wish to consider the ADC-24 http://www.picotech.com/precision-data-acquisition.html which is capable of resolving down to the level that you require.

Hi croc,
For the ADC-24, please refer to section 4.4 of the user guide for the noise-free resolution data http://www.picotech.com/document/pdf/adc20044.pdf
