Serial decode

Post by afjensen »

Hello, I'm totally new to occiloskobe, I am a software developer.
Huge problem to decode UART serial data.
I only get random character.
Attaches PicoSettings, and Excel table data.
Throughout the senator I have sent the letter 'u' from Tera Term.
Parameters 9600 8N1
best regards

Can you post the psdata file, we can then look at the settings and change them to decode the data correctly.

Hello Martyn,
Thanks for the quick response, here is the psdata file. Forgot to say it's 2205A I use.

Best regards

In the serial decoding dialog try changing the Threshold to 100mV and the Hysteresis to 10mV

It should sort out the problem :)
