Hi

Thank you for your post.

Check the version that you are opening and ensure that it is the new version. It could be you are still opening the old version as the new one is installed in a different place. If you are then it will not be able to use the newer system files.

If this problem persists, uninstall both versions of the software and then install the newer one. This should sort the problem out.

Hi,

after uninstall both versions of the software and then install the newer one,
(the PicoLog R5.15.6), the incident is not solved.
The error message is " TC08 driver V2.6/ TC08 not found".
So, can you send me the driver V2.6 for TC08 sérial ?

Thanks

Fabien

Hi thank you for your post.

You are misreading the error message, the message is saying you are using TC08 driver V2.6, and it is saying it cannot find the TC-08.

From what I can gather, you are using a serial port TC08, have you installed the drivers for the serial TC-08 or have you installed it for the USB device?

Secondly if you have installed the drivers for the serial device, have you selected the corresponding COM port?

Let me know if this helps.

Kind regards

Hi and thank you for your post.

1) Have you tried the latest software?
2) Have you tried installing it for the TC08 serial rather then USB ( i assume you have a serial port TC08)
3) Are you using a serial to USB converter?
4) Have you tried running the TC08 on another computer?

Kind regards
